Welcome to LOBCLAW LABS. By accessing or using lobclawlabs.xyz ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
1. The platform
LOBCLAW LABS is a free, no-code AI playground. We provide tools to describe, build, deploy, and share AI assistants, agents, tools, and workflows.
The core platform is free, with no usage caps. Some optional features require holding $CLOB tokens (see Section 4).
2. Eligibility
To use LOBCLAW LABS, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Not be located in a sanctioned jurisdiction
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use LOBCLAW LABS to build or deploy AIs that:
- Generate content that violates law (CSAM, terrorism, fraud)
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate real people
- Generate non-consensual sexual imagery
- Create misinformation about elections or public health
- Distribute malware or phishing content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Spam, scrape, or attempt to overload our infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. $CLOB token
$CLOB is an experimental community token. It is not a security, equity, debt, or claim against LOBCLAW LABS or any of its operators. Buying $CLOB is not an investment in the platform.
By acquiring or holding $CLOB, you acknowledge:
- $CLOB has no guaranteed value and prices can drop to zero
- Past performance does not predict future results
- Bonding curve launches are extremely volatile
- You're responsible for tax compliance in your jurisdiction
- You're responsible for verifying the official CA before buying
- Smart contract risk exists (Solana, pump.fun, Raydium are third-party protocols)
This is not investment advice. Do your own research. Never buy more than you can afford to lose.
5. Your AIs & content
You retain ownership of:
- AIs you build (configs, prompts, settings)
- Knowledge sources you upload (your documents stay yours)
- Outputs your AIs generate
You grant us a limited license to:
- Host and display your AIs (necessary to operate the platform)
- Show featured AIs in our community gallery (only if you opt in)
- Aggregate anonymous statistics about platform usage
You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload knowledge sources (e.g., don't upload copyrighted material you don't own).
6. Platform availability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
We may:
- Update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
- Suspend service for maintenance with reasonable notice
- Rate limit or block abusive usage
- Refuse service for any reason consistent with these Terms
7. Disclaimers
LOBCLAW LABS provides AI tools but doesn't guarantee:
- AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose
- AI behavior matches your expectations
- Models will remain available (we may switch model providers)
- Specific features will exist forever
You're responsible for verifying AI outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOBCLAW LABS, its operators, and contributors are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- Damages from AI outputs you relied on
- Damages from $CLOB price fluctuations
- Damages from third-party services (Solana, pump.fun, etc.)
If we are found liable despite the above, total liability is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater) — though since the platform is free, this typically means $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify LOBCLAW LABS against claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- AIs you build that cause harm to third parties
- Content you upload that infringes others' rights
10. Termination
You can stop using LOBCLAW LABS anytime by:
- Closing your account (your data is deleted within 30 days)
- Simply not visiting the platform (your account remains, no charges)
We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. Holding $CLOB does not protect against termination for cause.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; if unresolved, by binding arbitration.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on X and via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
