This Privacy Policy describes how LOBCLAW LABS ("we", "us", "the platform") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use lobclawlabs.xyz and the LOBCLAW LABS services.
We're committed to collecting only what we need to operate the platform, and never selling your data to third parties.
1. What we collect
We collect minimal information in three categories:
Account information — when you sign up:
- Email address
- Solana wallet address (optional, only if you connect one)
- IP address (for security and rate limiting)
- User agent (browser type, for compatibility)
AI configurations — when you build:
- AI descriptions, names, and personality settings
- Knowledge sources you upload (documents, URLs)
- Tool configurations you create
Usage data — automatic:
- Page visits and interaction events
- API usage (counts only, for rate limiting)
- Error logs (for debugging)
2. What we DON'T collect
- Passwords (we use email magic links and wallet signatures)
- Credit card or payment info (the platform is free)
- Personal details beyond email (no name, address, phone)
- Conversations with your deployed AIs (those are yours)
- Cross-site tracking cookies
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the platform
- Send you launch notifications (only if you joined the waitlist)
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and bot signups
- Aggregate anonymous statistics (e.g. "935 AIs built")
- Notify $CLOB holders of governance proposals (if you opt in)
4. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Limited sharing happens with:
- Hosting provider (Hostinger) — server infrastructure
- AI model providers — when you build, your prompts are sent to model APIs (Llama via local infra, or commercial models if you opt in)
- Solana network — wallet addresses are public on-chain by nature
- Legal requests — only when required by valid court order
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Delete — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export — download your AI configs as JSON
- Unsubscribe — opt out of any emails at any time
- Object — to processing for marketing purposes
To exercise these rights, email us (contact via Telegram for now — proper email comes post-launch).
6. Data retention
We keep:
- Account data — while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
- Usage logs — 90 days, then auto-purged
- Rate limit data — 1 hour rolling window
- Email blast records — until you unsubscribe
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for session management and security. We do not use:
- Tracking cookies
- Advertising cookies
- Third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
8. Security
We protect your data with:
- HTTPS (TLS 1.3) for all traffic
- Hashed/salted credentials
- Rate limiting on all endpoints
- Honeypot anti-bot protection
- SQL injection prevention via prepared statements
No system is perfectly secure. If we detect a breach, we'll notify affected users within 72 hours.
9. Children
LOBCLAW LABS is not intended for users under 18. If you're under 18, please don't use the platform.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on X and via email to active users at least 14 days before taking effect.
