◆ COMMUNITY-OWNED

GOVERNANCE.

$CLOB holders steer the platform. Vote on features, treasury allocation, and protocol changes.

How it works

LOBCLAW LABS governance is structured to be simple, transparent, and resistant to capture. Every $CLOB holder can propose, vote, and shape the platform's direction.

◆ NOT REQUIRED

Holding $CLOB is never required to use the platform. Governance is opt-in for those who want to participate in steering the protocol.

What gets voted on

CategoryExamples
Product New build modes, model integrations, feature priorities
Treasury Builder reward pool size, marketing budget, infra spending
Protocol Fee splits, supply changes, bonding parameter updates
Community Featured AIs, partnerships, ambassador programs

Voting process

1. Discussion (3 days)

Anyone with $CLOB can post a proposal in the governance forum. Community discusses, refines, and gauges support.

2. Formal proposal (1 day)

If discussion shows enough support, the proposer drafts a formal on-chain proposal with clear yes/no terms.

3. Voting period (5 days)

$CLOB holders vote with their tokens. 1 token = 1 vote. Voting weight is calculated at snapshot block to prevent manipulation.

4. Execution

If quorum (5%) and majority (50%+1) are met, the proposal passes and execution is queued. Treasury actions execute automatically; product changes are scheduled into the roadmap.
